“Chiquita” is quite simply the best E-35 on the market. She has been upgraded, equipped, and maintained by a professional charter/delivery Captain She draws only 4’11” with a 12’2” beam, which makes for great accommodations in an excellent sailing boat (PHRF 135). There is 6’4” of headroom, plenty of stowage and sleeping space and a shower large enough to use without being a contortionist. This boat has been upgraded, equipped and maintained by a professional delivery/charter Captain. A versitile  cutter rig has been added, as well as all the small touches that make crusing easy and fun.  She is the only 35 the weak cutaway starboard chainplate bulkhead has been replaced by a larger bulkhead, structurally tied in by 3 additional drawers.  The original backstay chainplate lag bolts have been replaced by thru bolts and a backing plate. The mast support has been maintained over the years. This boat does not leak. She was recently bottom painted and is ready to go now. Free courtesy dockage is available at my dock on St Leonard Creek in Md until the buyer can arrange for dockage, or I will deliver her in the mid Atlantic region. I am only selling because of my purchase of a 47’ Cutter.
