PLAN-B
Overview
One-Owner — Well-traveled, well-loved, and meticulously maintained, this federally documented vessel offered by the original owner who purchased s/v Swordefish new in 1979 and sailed her extensively throughout the Caribbean; Bahamas, Cuba, Mexico, Jamaica and Beleize. Easily handled by two people and roomy enough for a family of four.
Swordefish was repowered in 2007 with a Yanmar 53 HP for reliable propulsion, she starts first time, every time. All the teak, inside and out, fairly gleams and is all in great condition! Awlgrip on the hull and deck. Custom-built hardtop dodger with removable Lexan windows and Eisenglas center windshield. Stainless steel and glass portholes, with screens. All Sunbrella bunk and settee cushions below. Many custom cabinetry additions below deck for great storage. The Plan-B Layout features the V-berth and a single head forward, chart table, galley and quarter berth aft. Central saloon with drop-down teak table-stows against wall for added floor space, seats six when extended. Full galley with double sink, pump water, Adler-Barber refrigeration, and a second, deep icebox. Origo stainless steel 2-burner stove with oven.
Built in AC system. Brand new head and never-used waste plumbing and holding tank. Custom Sunbrella handrail covers and hatch covers, brand new bimini. Sails are newer, and in excellent condition, Harken roller furling headsail.
This is not a project boat, everything in good working order, ready to cruise!

ACCOMMODATIONS
Plan-B layout with V-berth and single head forward. A large saloon boasts two settees, fold-down dining table that extends to seat up to 6. When folded up it is flat against the wall, taking up no floor space and conceals a wall bookshelf. The cabin is spacious and comfortable. Galley, chart table and quarter berth are located aft.
Three overhead hatches with new Lexan and custom Sunbrella covers allows for great air flow or privacy as desired.
