My wife and I bought the Salty Dog in 2009 and outfitted her with new navigation electronics, new custom aluminum enclosure, and new solar panels, charge controller and batteries. We also purchased many, more items to make her cruiser ready. We lived aboard on her very comfortably for one year in Miami while we outfitted her for a cruise of the Caribbean.

We are expecting our first baby in May, so unfortunately we have decided to sell her. The Salty Dog is located in Bocas del Toro, Panama, and is being cared for by a friend.
