OVERVIEW
Beautiful vessel we have had for three years. The original advertisement called these Endeavors the "Floating Condo" and Don Johnson proved that in Miami Vice—it was his live-a-board boat in the series. Lots of room for a 40' sailboat. Bob Johnson designed the Endeavour 40 before he left to start up Island Packet.
Broad Reach is a nice handling sailboat with a large bimini top and three-sides of enclosures for weather protection. Her bottom was painted three years ago and is ready to be re-painted which will be completed prior to or at the time of purchase. She has a roller-furling jib with Sunbrella UV sacraficing cover, a fully battened mainsail with lazy jack system, and most of the lines and sheets are relatively new as we have been replacing them over the past three years. There are two reef points on the main that can be set with relative ease.
Teak flooring throughout the entire vessel, including all lockers, teak paneled, all doors solid teak.

MAIN SALON
In the main salon, both sattee's slide out to make double beds and have storage cabinets with doors and shelves behind them. There are 3 drawers each side below the settees and storage behind the backs. A hanging locker is located to porte with a wine rack located above. A large foldout teak table is located between the settees and allows for six to dine comfortably. The center table storage areaand holds approximately 75 bottles of water.

GALLEY
The Galley is equiped with a 3-burner LPG range w/oven, gimbal mounted with a propane shutoff switch in galley and electric panel. Adler Barbour Cold refrigeration and freezer 12v at sea; 30amp dock. Deep stainless sink with faucet. Numerous storage cabinets, dish lockers, utensil draws and large, easy access pot and pan locker.

V-berth, hanging locker, chest of drawers below berth, private adjoining head with shower. Door to main salon insures complete privacy for this area. All teak interior surfaces bulkhead, trim, etc., are varnished.

Queen size berth, shelf around the berth with mirrored back wall and large storage space beneath. Hanging locker, seat, chest of drawers, wall mirror, two reading lights, two overhead prisms and a fan. This stateroom had an adjoining private head with shower and plenty of storage.
