OVERVIEW A very comfortable live a board and/or cruising yacht. This Roomy Powered by Perkins 50 HP diesel engine which has 1500 plus hours and electric fuel pump. The transmission is new with less than 100 hours, three bladed prop. New 2013 Harkin C2 Roller furling and New Vertical windlass with dedicated battery and charger. The boat is located directly on the Chesapeake Bay in the historic Ft Monroe Marina. The boat is currently in service and can be viewed by appointment any time. Included is a 8ft rigid dingy, 5hp Honda, Dock box spare transmission and extra stuff. The photo above shows Loreley in her slip before the new enclosure. The Dingy is supported by the Davits over the transom, the hoist for the 5hp Honda is to STBD. The mainsail cover, lazy jacks and shroud saddle straps have been replaced in 2013. The forestay was replaced with new at time of roller furling installation (Feb 2013) MAIN SALOON A wood /charcoal burning heater is mounted on the FWD Stbd bulk head. There is storage under, behind and over the settee. The mast is Keel step. The oversize table extends well over both settees; these can function as sea berths if needed. The port side of the main salon has a 26in flat screen TV. and stereo to the left under cabinet. There is a 4 door locker and ample storage space above and below the convertible settee. The Clock and Barometer are mounted on the FWD bulkhead. |

GALLEY A sea worthy Galley with a pivoting LPG 2 burner stove/oven, double stainless steel sink, 110V ac refrigerator freezer and a Microwave. There is storage next to the refrigerator and a wine/beer glass rack over head. Three storage lockers over a large work area/countertop, 3 drawers next to and more storage under oven. LPG safety panel is located next to oven. Dish racks are over the 2 burner stove. The galley is serviced with 110Vac. 12Vdc. and power supplied from a 3000wat Inverter, lighting is 110Vac or 12Vdc and LED. Across from stove is a large pantry with shelving and two drawers under pantry. Cross ventilation is provided by two Portholes. The water supply is pressure and foot pump with a carbon filters under the sink. Hot water is provided by electric and engine bypass heat exchanger in the engine room. |

V-BERTH The very roomy V-BERTH has chain locker and FWD 15gal holding tank. Three storage drawers and three access panels are under the mattress, also the battery charger and windlass battery. The battery is wired in to the house wiring and an 110Vac volt system for charging. The V-berth provides access to the anchor locker in the bow and underneath are 3 storage areas containing Battery for windlass and charger, the switch /fuse is next to the 3 drawers to stbd. TV, LED lights fan and a large hatch above. Sail locker to port and stbd. Hanging locker at aft bulkhead. Fire Extinguisher and access to through hull. PFD’s are stored in locker to port.

FORWARD HEAD The Fwd Head and shower with storage and walk thru to V berth. Access to the engine is by way of two louvered doors to port next to the fuse panel. The back of the fuse panel can be reached by way of the engine compartment doors. We upgraded the fuel system with a 13gal day tank to subsidize the 75gal main tank and electric fuel pump to make it easier to prime the engine should it be necessary. The aft cabin is large with a queen berth abeam, storage behind, left, right and underneath. The rudder quadrant is under the berth with ample space. Also the emergency tiller along with the lots of room for storing additional stuff. |

AFT CABIN |

AFT HEAD The aft head with shower, shower curtain, sink 12vdc fan Mirror and storage. The 15 gallon holding tank is under the aft berth.

AUXILIARY This Perkins 4-108 diesel was cleaned up and had the heat exchanger core cleaned. The raw water system has been cleaned and new pump installed. The fresh water has a new thermostat. Most hosing has been replaced as needed. We installed a 13gal day fuel tank above the 75 gallon main tank to avoid storing 75 gallons for several years. This way we avoid getting bad fuel and we can re circulate fuel if necessary. BOW / DECK Loreley a spacious roomy vessel in her slip. She has clean lines and is very stable underway. Teak Rub rails and toe rails protect the hull to starboard and port. The deck is wide and easy to negotiate in any condition with handholds far forward. There is a large rope locker at the bow which contains the windlass UP & DOWN buttons. The CHAIN is stored in the chain locker under the V berth. There are two storage lockers in the aft deck to port and stbd. Two 6000btu in-hatch ac units keep it cool down below. The grill on the aft pulpit makes for good grilling. |
