So far so good! Love the power of the Perkins, powers along at 6.7 @ 2200rpm even in late summer with all the slime underneath. Would love more control in reverse. Have my slip configured with cheater lines and a very convenient "rescue" line" which allows me to pull the stern into the slip without incident. The boat has great sea comfort, been in 6-8 seas on the Chesapeake Bay twice and she slops it up. I have consistently got her up to 8.2 and at one point 10 knots surfing downwind in 20-25 on the GPS chartplotter. She's a great boat for the price we paid. All the nautical style cues make her a very handsome vessel on top and inside. We plan on having her for quite awhile, we bought our slip at the marina just before the stock market turned down and the slip is still outperforming the S&P in market value so far.
