Boat History:
Original owner/purchaser was John Stevens of Charleston, S.C.
I purchased in April 1990 after reviewing three other E40's that were in and around the Annapolis area.

Experience:
Sailing has been constrained to the Chesapeake Bay area. During the initial four or five years usage was relatively heavy during the Spring, Summer and Fall. However, the last five years, usage has been very light (wife has other interests, daughter now at Cornell was a rower in Spring, and daughter now freshman in high school, was big in soccer (Spring, Summer and Fall. Am considering putting the boat on the market since I don't use it much by myself.

Boat Review/Upgrades:
Very enjoyable boat to sail. Lots of space to move around. Would make a great liveaboard boat.
