Previous Owner History:
Boat was purchased new by Florida couple who had it in charter based out of St. Thomas until I purchased her in Ft. Lauderdale.

Your Sailing Experience:
Have owned small wet sail boats & currently have Hobie 16, 2 Sunfish and recently acquired 9 Foot Dyer. Was crew on Lippencot 30 for 3 years, Cape Dory 40 for 5 years. Sailing for 35 years. Currently a full time cruiser.

Boat Review:
Vaste amount of space, great liveaboard. The 5 foot draft is great. Have encountered leaks in ports and hatches and many areas of teak are water stained. Fuel tankage may be a bit low. Time will tell. Replaced the standard (lousey) mainsheet traveler whith a Harken Big Block. Installed raw water bleeder valves on both Air Con (burned up one motor due to air lock) and Engine Driven refrig since pumps were not self priming.
