OVERVIEW
We purchased this Endeavour 40 in Connecticut in 2009 and left the following year for an 8 month sailing trip, family voyage, with our 2 kids down the East Coast, through the Bahamas, Turks and Caïcos, and the Dominican Republic.
Presently the boat is back in Connecticut and has been on the hard for the past 2 years. We now live in Switzerland and no longer have the time to use it. She has a large solar pannel which keeps the house batteries topped off. There are davits for your dinghy and a hoist for the outboard. There is a VHF, radar and autopilot. The shrouds were changed and Sta-Lok fittings were used. Various dock lines and fenders. The sails are good for maybe one more season but there are a number of things that need to be replaced like the lines, bimini and spray dodger, cushion covers, etc.
This is a solid and confortable good cruising boat for a family, with a center cockpit, which would first need some work, that’s why we asking so little. She is a wonderful cruiser, waiting patiently for TLC and for her next voyage!
