OVERVIEW
We purchased this well-appointed Endeavour 42 in 2018 to take our family of 4 from Canada down to the Bahamas in comfort, which was exactly what the owners before us had done too. The owners before us took extra care to make sure it had everything one might need during an extended trip adding new house bank batteries, a new solar panel and controller, SSB radio, radar, a GPS Plotter, and extensive spares. We then continued to upgrade her for bluewater passages, adding all new stainless steel standing rigging, WiFi enabled AIS transceiver, cockpit extension for VHF/AIS, EPIRB, offshore 6 person Survitec life raft certified to March 2022 (optional extra $1,000), 10ft Zodiac Dinghy (optional extra $500), new in 2019 Suzuki 10hp outboard (optional extra $1,500).
After over 5,000 miles travelled in the US and Bahamas it is time for us to return to land and with no realistic options to keep the boat in Ontario we are reluctantly selling. This boat was commissioned originally with higher specifications than a standard Endeavour 42 (e.g. x-large Lewmar 55 winches, 85hp Perkins diesel) and has been maintained to an excellent standard by both previous owners. We will be sad to see her go but look forward to passing her on to her next owner and new adventures.
We will be sailing her in the Bahamas through April then in early May we can either leave her at a designated marina in the Bahamas or sail her back to Florida or somewhere in the SE of the US depending on the new owner's preference.
